HUFF The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as bounded on the east by the first north -south alley west of Gladstone, on the west by Lombardy Drive, on the north Oy the rear property line -north of Huron Street and on the south by Ford Street was legally advertised under date of August 26, 1963 and given public hearing on September 5, 1963. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found "A" Residential zoning to be in the best interest of the subject property. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council.
