September 13, 1963 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District the property generally described as bounded on <br />the east by the rear property line east of Sheridan, on <br />the west by the rear property line west of Gladstone, on <br />the north by the first east —west alley south of Western <br />and on the south by Ford Street was legally advertised <br />under date of August 26, 1963 and given public hearing on <br />September 5, 1963. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />"A" Residential zoning to be in the best interest <br />of the subject property.
