J(�1�1 &lj AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1• That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classificiation of the following described property from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: Lots 323 -347 inclusive, Lots 404 -428 inclusive, Lots 435 -459 inclusive, Lots 516 -540 inclusive, Lots 547- 571 inclusive, Lots 628 -652 inclusive, Lots 659 -683 inclusive and Lots 740 -764 inclusive of Belleville 3rd Unit, being more generally described as bounded on the east by the rear property line east of Sheridan, on the west by the rear property line west of Gladstone, on the north by the 1st east -west alley south of Western and on the south by Ford Street.
