WEST ROY P WORSEN The attached petition of the City Planning Commission tc rezone from "BIT Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District Lots 760 -807 inclusive, part of Lot 728 of Belleville Unit "FIT, being more generally described as bounded on the east by Summit Drive, on the west by Mayflower Road, on the north by the rear property lines north of Mayfair Place, and on the south by Scenic Drive and the rear property line between Mayfair Place and Scenic Drive was legally advertised under date of June 17, 1963 and given public hearing on June 27, 1963. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject property would be "A" Residential and "A" Height and Area District, It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorable to the Council.
