WEST <br />ROY P WORSEN <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission tc <br />rezone from "BIT Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District Lots 760 -807 inclusive, part of Lot 728 of <br />Belleville Unit "FIT, being more generally described as <br />bounded on the east by Summit Drive, on the west by <br />Mayflower Road, on the north by the rear property lines <br />north of Mayfair Place, and on the south by Scenic Drive <br />and the rear property line between Mayfair Place and <br />Scenic Drive was legally advertised under date of June <br />17, 1963 and given public hearing on June 27, 1963. The <br />following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the best zoning for the subject property <br />would be "A" Residential and "A" Height and <br />Area District, It was therefore duly moved, <br />seconded, and unanimously carried that the <br />petition be recommended favorable to the Council. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CIT LANNING COMMISSION <br />Robert L.
