HUFF <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />rezone from "B" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area <br />District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District Lots 500 -733 inclusive of Belleville Gardens <br />2nd Unit, being more generally described as bounded on <br />the east by the rear lot line of lots abutting on Edison <br />Avenue, on the west by Lombardy Drive and the north -south <br />property line between Barberry Land and Lombardy Drive, <br />on the north by Sample Street and on the south by the <br />rear lot line of lots abutting on Meadow Lane was legally <br />advertised under date of June 17, 1963 and given public <br />hearing on June 27, 1963. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the best zoning for the subject property <br />would be "A" Residential and "A" Height and <br />Area District.
