HUFF The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District Lots 500 -733 inclusive of Belleville Gardens 2nd Unit, being more generally described as bounded on the east by the rear lot line of lots abutting on Edison Avenue, on the west by Lombardy Drive and the north -south property line between Barberry Land and Lombardy Drive, on the north by Sample Street and on the south by the rear lot line of lots abutting on Meadow Lane was legally advertised under date of June 17, 1963 and given public hearing on June 27, 1963. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject property would be "A" Residential and "A" Height and Area District.
