ON..I.R or auxxmv The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as bounded on the east by Sheridan Street, on the west by the first north -south alley west of Gladstone Street, on the north by Ford Street and on the south by Sample Street to Albert Street and the first east -west alley north of Sample Street between Albert Street and Sheridan Avenue was legally advertised under date of June 17, 1963 and given public hearing on June 27, 1963. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject property would be "A" Residential and "A" Height and Area District.
