HUFF <br />The attached petition of Joseph Muia to rezone from "B" <br />Residential Use and "E" Height and Area District to "C" <br />Commercial Use and "E" Height and Area District the north <br />12 feet of Lot 154 of Horne and Dunn's 1st Sub., lying <br />parallel to and being 132 feet, more or less, south of <br />Mishawaka Avenue and having frontage on the west right - <br />of -way line of 27th Street was legally advertised under <br />date of June 17, 1963 and given public hearing on June <br />27, 1963. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />the requested zoning to be the most reasonable <br />zoning for the subject property.
