to place or maintain a donation box or container must clearly post on the outside of the container <br />individual and emptied at least once every seven (7) days. If items are overflowing from or <br />placed outside the box or container, the individual must respond to calls to remove the items <br />placed inside or within ten (10) feet of the box or container within twelve (12) hours of the call. <br />The applicant must also clearly state on the application the name, address and telephone number <br />of the individual who will be responsible for monitoring, emptying, and maintaining the box or <br />container and responding to calls to clean the area around the box or container. The responsible <br />individual must reside or conduct business within St. Joseph County, Indiana, or a county <br />immediatel}_adiacent to St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />Section II.
