ORDINANCE, NO.�� AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE OFFICE OF THE CONTROLLER, $1, 000. 00; AND THE MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM FUND, $214.05 WHEREAS: Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropraited in the annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary emergencies: SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana and its institutions for the year ending December 31, 1963, the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and set apart out of the fund herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same, and such sum herein appropriated shall be held to include all expendi- tures authorized to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law. SECTION II.
