HUES <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />rezone from the existing zoning and height and area District <br />to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District <br />the property generally described as being bounded on the <br />east by the first north -south alley west of Franklin Street, <br />on the west by Kendall Street, on the north by the first <br />east -west alley north of Calvert Street and on the south <br />by Ewing Avenue was legally advertised under date of <br />April 22, 1963 and given public hearing on May 2, 1963• <br />The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the <br />that the best zoning for the <br />"A" Residential Use and "A" <br />District. It was therefore <br />and unanimously carried that <br />recommended faivorably to the <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Robert L. Huff, <br />Director of Planning <br />RLH /cf <br />Commission found <br />area would be <br />Height and Area <br />duly moved, seconded, <br />the petition be <br />Council. <br />
