�Q X, <br />IVI <br />I 1 ORDINANCE <br />�G aO' AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING <br />Sop <br />ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1• <br />That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, <br />be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by <br />changing the zoning classification of the following described <br />property from the existing Zoning and Height and Area District <br />to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: <br />Lots 57 -61 and 77 -90 inclusive of Citizen Home Co's <br />Re -plat of Lots 56 -62 and 79 -87 inclusive of Shively's <br />Addition, including Lots 63 -76, 109 -124, 131 -146, <br />183 -213, excluding lots 203 and 204, 241 -268, and 272 <br />299 inclusive all a part of D. M.
