ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING <br />ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1: <br />That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, <br />be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing <br />the zoning classification of the following described property <br />from "B" Residential Use and "A" and "B" Height and Area District <br />to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District. <br />Lots 71 -88 inclusive, Lots 92 -106 inclusive, Lots <br />119 -122 inclusive, Lots 125 -130 inclusive, Lots 134, <br />135, 136, 140, 141 and 142 of Sorin's 2nd Addition to <br />the Town of Lowell, also Lots 1 -10 inclusive of Boyd <br />Snee's Sub. of Lots 89, 90, and 91 of Sorin's 2nd <br />Addition, also Lots 1-7 inclusive of Eliza Scott's <br />Sub., and including Lots 1 -12 inclusive of Kelly's <br />Sub. of Lots 131; 132, 137, 138 and 139 of Sorin's <br />2nd Addition, being more generally described as being <br />bounded on the north by St. Vincent Street, by Eddy <br />Street on the east, by Corby Blvd. on the south, and <br />by St. Louis Street on the Nest. <br />Section 2: <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal <br />publication. <br />let & 2nd READING G —1,6-- <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHGLL <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />3rd READING (" <br />NOT A °PROVED <br />REFEER,tafD <br />fi"Ai` un 4 —a o-) —(y y' <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana <br />
