}(d)(9)The total number of outdoor <br />advertising signs within the associated sphere of <br />influence shall at no time exceed the total number of <br />outdoor advertising signs legally in existence in said <br />area on the effective date of Ordinance No. 5647-74. <br />(d)(10) Separation distances shall not be limited <br />by jurisdictional boundaries. Required separation <br />distances for proposed signs located within the <br />jurisdiction of the City of South Bend shall also be <br />maintained from signs located in adjacent <br />municipalities or jurisdictional area. <br />Section 2.
