April 17, 1964 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the South Bend Housing Authority <br />to rezone from "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District to "A -1" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District the property generally bounded on the north by <br />Hamilton Street, on the east by Fremont Street, on the <br />south by Marquette Blvd., and on the west by Meade Street <br />was legally advertised under date of April 6, 1964 and <br />given public hearing on April 16, 1964.
