April 17, 1964 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the South Bend Housing Authority to rezone from "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A -1" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally bounded on the north by Hamilton Street, on the east by Fremont Street, on the south by Marquette Blvd., and on the west by Meade Street was legally advertised under date of April 6, 1964 and given public hearing on April 16, 1964. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission duly moved, seconded and carried (5 -2 -Mr. Glass abstaining) a motion that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council.
