ORDINANCE NO. 4658 - -64 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS AMENDED (4 Acres bounded by Hamilton, Fremont, Meade St. and Marquette Blvd.) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1. That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A -1" Resi- dential Use and "A" Height and Area District: All of that land bounded on the North by Hamilton Street, on the East by Fremont Street, on the South by Marquette .Boulevard, and on the West by Meade Street, in the City of South Bend, and consisting of Lots 316 to 345, both inclusive, and Lots 535, 536, 537, 563, 564 and 565 in Vernon Heights Addition. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal publication.
