ORDINANCE NO. `� y <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS <br />IN SEWAGE DISPOSAL FUND - $58,993.21 <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the <br />adoption of the existing budget, so that it now is necessary to <br />appropriate more money than was appropriated in the budget for the <br />various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary <br />emergencies: <br />SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, that for the expenses of the <br />City Government and its institutions for the year <br />ending December 31, 1964, the following sums of <br />money are hereby appropriated and set apart out of <br />the several funds herein named and for the purposes <br />herein specified, subject to the laws governing the <br />same, and such sums herein appropriated shall be <br />held to include all expenditures authorized to be <br />made during the year, unless otherwise expressly <br />stipulated and provided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for said fiscal year there is hereby appropriated <br />out of the various City Funds hereinafter named, the <br />following specified amounts to meet such extraordinary <br />emergencies, as follows: <br />SEWAGE DISPOSAL FUND $58,993.21 <br />SECTION III.
