ORDINANCE NO. � <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN <br />THE SOUTH BEND CITY WATER WORKS AND THE <br />JAMES B. CLOW & SON, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE <br />OF PIPES AND FITTINGS IN THE SUM OF $7,291.64 <br />AND VALVES IN THE SUM OF $4,230.75. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the South <br />Bend City Water Works and the James B. Clow & <br />Son, Inc. on the 16th day of April, 1964 for <br />the purchase of pipes and fittings for the sum <br />of $7,291.64 and valves in the sum of $4,230.75 <br />is hereby approved and confirmed. <br />SECTION II.
