Indiana: <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING <br />ORDINANCE NO, 3702 AS HERETOFORE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />SECTION I. That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702 as heretofore <br />amended and supplemented be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented <br />by zoning as "C" Commercial Use District and "E" Height and Area District <br />the following described property: <br />A tract of land in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township <br />37 North, Range 2 East, South Bend, Indiana, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northeast 1/4 of <br />Section 8; thence South along the West line of said Northeast <br />1/4 of Section 8, 390 feet; thence East parallel with the <br />North line of said Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, 490 feet; <br />thence North parallel with the West line of the Northeast <br />1/4 of Section 8, 390 feet; thence West along said North line <br />of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, 490 feet to the place of <br />beginning. Subject to legal highways. <br />SECTION II.
