ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1• That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: Lots 1 -31 inclusive of University Heights, being more generally described as being bounded on the east by Notre Dame Avenue, on the south by Napoleon Blvd., on the north by the rear property line, and on the west by the north -south property line of Lot 1 of University Heights. Section 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal publication.
