ORDINANCE NO. X J3 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 17 -A OF ZONING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3702 OF THE CITY OF'SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That Section 17 -A of the Ordinance No. 3702, being <br />the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, be amended to read as follows: <br />SECTION 17 -A <br />USE HEIGHT AND AREA DISTRICT EXCEPTIONS. <br />The provisions of this ordinance regulating the <br />use and height and area of lands, building and occupancies <br />shall not apply to lands, buildings and occupancies which <br />are publicly owned, or to parochial schools. <br />The exclusion does not apply to lands, building or <br />occupancies purchased or constructed for public housing <br />under Federal, State or Local grants to be available for <br />use or occupancy as personal housing or dwelling. <br />SECTION II.
