ORDINANCE N0. 1 I p I ~ O~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 411 EAST IRELAND ROAD <br />IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED By the Common Council of the City of South Bend, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as <br />the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is <br />amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate <br />in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br />A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE SOUTH EAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF <br />SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 37 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br />BEGINNING AT A POINT 12 RODS WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE <br />NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 25; THENCE WEST 8 RODS; THENCE NORTH 20 <br />RODS; THENCE EAST 8 RODS; THENCE SOUTH 20 RODS TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING. <br />be and the same is hereby established as "PHC" Professional / Health Care. <br />SECTION II.
