ORDINANCE NO. ~ ~~ ~Q <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, AMENDING SALARY ORDINANCE NUMBER 9137-00 FOR ANON- <br />BARGAINING EMPLOYEE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND FOR THE CALENDAR <br />YEAR 2001. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />The City's legislative body is required to fix the annual compensation of all employees of the <br />City of South Bend. Following is a position and rate of pay which the South Bend Parks and <br />Recreation Department is seeking to amend from the original Salary Ordinance as approved by <br />this body in 2000. <br />The following establishes the amended compensation rate for the General Curator position <br />of the Potawatomi Park Zoo of the City of South Bend for calendar year 2001. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, as follows: <br />Section I. The annual compensation for the following employee shall be as amended as <br />follows: <br />Budgeted Amended <br />2001 2001 <br />General Curator, Potawatomi Park Zoo $ 31,050.00 $35,000.00 <br />Section II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the <br />Common Council and approval by the Mayor. <br />~~.
