�pUTp qf; <br />Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2014 <br />The March 31, 2014 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to order <br />by Council President Oliver J. Davis at 5:01 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Tim Scott, Henry Davis, Jr., Dr. Fred Ferlic, <br />Valerie Schey, Dr. David Varner, Oliver J. Davis, Derek D. Dieter, and Gavin Ferlic: attorney <br />Robert Palmer, attorney E. Spencer Walton, and Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand <br />Council President Oliver J. Davis read the "Notice of Executive Session" dated March 27, 2014 <br />(copy attached) which provided in part that the meeting was called for the purpose of "...the <br />discussion of strategy with respect to pending litigation or litigation which has been threatened in <br />writing" pursuant to Indiana Code § 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(2)(B). <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br />contained in the March 27, 2014 Notice of Executive Session. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 5:50 p.m. <br />South Bend Common Council <br />Attachment (1) <br />
