V6,3 3 0 - 6'�4 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3702 AS HERETOFORE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED <br />(North side of Western Ave, from Lombardy Drive to Mayflower Rd,) <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />SECTION I, That Zoning Ordinance No 3702 as heretofore <br />amended and supplemented be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented <br />by zoning as "C" Commercial Use District and "E" Height and Area District <br />the following described property: <br />A tract of land in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township <br />37 North, Range 2 East, South Bend, Indiana, described as <br />being bounded on the North by the South line of the recorded <br />Plat of Mayflower lst Unit, an Addition to the City of South <br />Bend; on the East by the West line of Summit Drive; on the <br />South by the North line of Western Avenue; and on the West <br />by the East line of Mayflower Road, <br />Together with <br />A tract of land in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township <br />37 North, Range 2 East, South Bend, Indiana, described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of said Section 8, <br />150 feet South of the intersection of the South line of <br />Washington Street with said East line of Section 8; thence <br />West perpendicular to said East line of Section 8 to the <br />East line of Summit Drive; thence South along said East <br />line of Summit Drive to the North line of Western Avenue; <br />thence East along said North line of Western Avenue to the <br />said East line of said Section 8; thence North along said <br />East line of Section 8 to the'place of beginning, <br />Together with <br />Part of Blocks lettered "C" and "D" as shown on the <br />recorded plat of Garden Village 3rd Unit, an addition to <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana and part of the East 1/2 <br />of vacated Belleville Center described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the West line of Section 9, Township <br />37 North, Range 2 East, 150 feet South of the South line of <br />Washington Street; thence East perpendicular to said West <br />line of Section 9 to the West line of Lombardy Drive; thence <br />South along said West line of Lombardy Drive to the North <br />line of Western Avenue; thence West along said North line of <br />
