ORDINANCE NO. `/G - q� � z/ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 3702 AS HERETOFORE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED (Washington St, from Summit Drive to Lombardy Drive) Indiana: BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, SECTION I. That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702 as heretofore amended and supplemented be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by zoning as "B" Residential Use District and "B" Height and Area District the following described property: A tract of land in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, South Bend,`,Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of Washington Street with the East line of said Section 8; thence South along said East line of said Section 8, 150 feet; thence West perpendicular to said East line of Section 8 to the East line of Summit Drive; thence North along the East line of Summit Drive to the South line of Washington Street; thence Easterly along the South line of Washington Street to the Place of beginning, together with Part of Blocks Lettered "C't and "D" as shown on the recorded Plat of Garden Village 3rd Unit, an Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, and part of the East One- Fourth of vacated Belleville Center, all as more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of Washington Street with the West line of Section 9, Township 37 North, Range 2 East; thence South along said West line of said Section 9, 150 feet; thence East perpendicular to said West line of said Section 9 to the West line of Lombardy Drive; thence North along the West line of Lombardy Drive to the South line of Washington Street; thence Westerly along the South line of Washington Street to the place of beginning, SECTION II.
