ORDINANCE NO.�' <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 4459 -62 <br />BEING AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING <br />WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LANDS <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1: <br />That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 4459 -62 be amended so <br />that same shall be and read as follows: <br />Beginning at a point at the northwest corner of the <br />Southeast One Quarter of the Southeast one quarter <br />of Section 30, T37N, R3E, thence east along the north <br />line of the Southeast One Quarter of the Southeast <br />One Quarter of said Section 30 to the west right -of- <br />way line of Ironwood Road, thence south along the <br />west right -of -way line of Ironwood Road to the south <br />line of said Section 30, thence west along the south <br />line of said Section 30 to the present city limits, <br />thence north along the present city limits to the <br />place of beginning containing 39 acres, more or less, <br />and being more generally described as the northwest <br />corner of Ironwood Road and Jackson Road. <br />Section 2: <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal <br />publication <br />lot & 2nd E E." ;fig eZ <br />C01y,7M—;E7- C17 <br />Pus "'ki <br />PAUEtD <br />V <br />City of South Bend, Indiana <br />
