HUFF <br />The attached petition of Katherine Jennings to rezone from <br />"D" Light Industrial Use and "F" Height and Area District <br />to "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District <br />Lots 15, 160 17, and 18 Linden Place Addition, being more <br />generally described as being bounded on the east by College, <br />on the south by Linden, on the west by Chicago, Indiana <br />and Southern Railroad right -of -way, and on the north by <br />the first east -west alley north of Linden was legally <br />advertised under date of November 30, 1963 and given public <br />hearing on December 10, 1963. The following action was <br />taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the general area is in residential use, <br />that the present industrial zoning is very <br />questionable and that the present use of the <br />subject area is residential.
