DRYS AK <br />AICNARD KROMSQW5KI <br />EST CMVSZYNSKI <br />RICHARD VAN PARIS <br />RES ` <br />TRWEST <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District the property generally described as being bounded <br />on the east by Jacob Street, on the west by Eddy Street, <br />on the north by McKinley Avenue, and on the south by <br />Colfax Avenue, LaSalle Avenue and the first east -west <br />alley north of LaSalle Avenue was legally advertised under <br />date of December 30, 1963 and given public hearing on <br />January 9, 1964. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the predominant use in the subject area <br />is single family residential. It was therefore <br />duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried <br />that the petition be "recommended favorably to <br />the Council with the further recommendation that <br />the petition be amended from the Council floor <br />to exclude Lots 1 -11 of Bullard's 1st Addition, <br />a 50 foot by 120 foot lot on the northeast corner <br />of Fish Tract, being the southeast corner of <br />McKinley Avenue and Eddy Street and also a 50 foot <br />by 120 3/8 foot lot northeast of the northwest <br />one quarter of Fisher's Tract.. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />/ <Z� <br />Robert L.
