AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS AMENDED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "B" Residential Use District and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: Lots 1 -41 inclusive of lst Plat of Park glace, Lots 1 -8 inclusive, Lots 13 -18 inclusive and Lots 21 -40 inclusive of Sommer's Addition, being more generally described as being bounded on the east by Arthur, on the west by Eddy Street, on the north by Sorin Street, and on the south by McKinley Avenue.
