Application. <br />1. The subdivider shall submit a written application for <br />a certificate of approval and five (5) copies of a pre- <br />liminary plat, or sketch plat in the case of a minor <br />subdivision, as defined in this ordinance, to the Executive <br />Director of the Area Plan Commission. The application shall <br />specify the intent of the subdivider with respect to land <br />use, drainage, sewage disposal, and water supply. Where <br />applicable, the application shall also specify the intent of <br />the subdivider with respect to schools, recreation facili- <br />ties, essential municipal services, and street improvement <br />proposed by the subdivider; the application shall also <br />specify any existing restrictions or intended restrictions <br />on the property to be subdivided, as well as the expected <br />date of its development. <br />4.
