ZV '�40 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE I, SECTION 19 -6, <br />OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, 1962, THE SAME PERTAINING TO HOTELS, <br />LODGING HOUSES AND ROOMING HOUSES AND THE RIGHT <br />OF THE ENTRY OF INSPECTORS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That Section 6 of Chapter 19 of the Municipal <br />Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, 1962, be and it is here- <br />by repealed. <br />SECTION II. In lieu of the section repealed by Section 1 <br />of this ordinance, the following is hereby substituted and enacted: <br />Section 19 -6 - Right of entry of Inspectors. <br />Inspectors of the Health Department and representatives <br />of the Fire Department shall have the right from time to time to <br />make inspection tours of hotels, rooming houses and lodging <br />houses, within the City at all reasonable hours for the purpose <br />of enforcing, when necessary, the sanitary and fire prevention <br />laws and regulations of the City and of the State. All inspec- <br />tors of the Health Department and representatives of the Fire <br />Department shall have exhibited to them, upon demand by them, the <br />license issued by the City of South Bend authorizing the operation <br />of said establishment. <br />SECTION III.
