ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE TO CREATE AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOP - <br />MENT FUND AND TO APPROPRIATE $100,000.00 OUT <br />OF SAID FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MUNICI- <br />PAL IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend has heretofore applied" for <br />and received the sum of $100,000.00 as a loan to the City of South <br />Bend from the Industrial Development Fund of the State of Indiana <br />as created by the Acts of the Indiana General Assembly for 1965, <br />Chapter 186, and; <br />WHEREAS, an Industrial Development program as defined in the <br />Acts of 1965 of the Indiana General Assembly, Chapter 186 has been <br />established and approved by the Indiana Department of Commerce, Agri- <br />culture, Industry and Public Relations. <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend: <br />SECTION I. There is hereby created for said city from and <br />out of all the proceeds of said loan, a fund to be known as the In- <br />dustrial Development Fund. <br />SECTION II. There is hereby appropriated from and out of <br />said fund the sum of $100,000.00 for the purpose of constructing <br />municipal improvements in pursuance of the development of the South <br />Bend industrial development program. <br />SECTION III.
