Access <br />Each required off street loading space shall be <br />designed for direct access to a street or alley <br />in a manner which will least interfere with traffic <br />movements on the street. <br />C. Drainage and Maintenance. <br />Open off street loading facilities shall be graded, <br />and surfaced as required for parking areas in <br />subsection 10 -c and d above. <br />Submission and Approval of Plans <br />drained <br />1 <br />Plans of proposed parking and /or loading facilities shall <br />be submitted to the Building Commissioner for his approval <br />at the time of application for a building permit.
