Z � � — — <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ($3,000.00) TO <br />THE SEWER DEPARTMENT FOR THE REPAIRS TO <br />SEWER REPLACEMENT; SAID ($3,000.00) TO BE <br />A TRANSFER FROM ACCOUNT J -12 INTO ACCOUNT <br />J -262, ALL BEING IN THE GENERAL FUND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. The sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars is hereby <br />appropriated to the Sewer Department for the repair of Sewer Re- <br />placement and said Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars is to be de- <br />posited in Account J -262 for said purpose. Said sum to be obtained <br />and transferred from Account J -12, Services Personal, Special <br />Equipment operators,. truck drivers, and laborers, where it was <br />heretofore appropriated for use in paying wages and which said sum <br />will not now be needed for such purpose. <br />SECTION II.
