MURPHY, Al"ITART ORCc R <br />October 5, 1964 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District to "A -1" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District the property generally described as being bounded <br />on the North by the East - [Jest alley South of Washington <br />Street, on the East by Laurel Street, on the South by <br />Napier Street and on the West by Walnut Street was legally <br />advertised under date of September 21, 1964.and given <br />public hearing on October 1. The following action was <br />taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the proposed zoning would be in the best <br />interest of the subject area.
