ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ($1500.00) TO <br />THE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT FOR THE PURCHASE <br />OF A TRUCK; SAID ($1500.00) TO BE A TRANS- <br />FER FROM ACCOUNT V_37 INTO ACCOUNT V -722, <br />ALL IN THE GENERAL FUND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. The sum of One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00) <br />Dollars is hereby appropriated to the Electrical Department <br />for the purpose of purchasing a truck and said One Thousand <br />Five Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars is to be transferred to <br />Account V -722, Properties, Motor Equipment for said purpose. <br />Said sum to be obtained and transferred from Electrical De- <br />partment Account V -37, Other Supplies, where it was hereto- <br />fore appropriated and which said sum will not now be needed <br />for such purpose. <br />SECTION II.
