ORDINANCE NO. 1,16,P-.3-- `f AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ($500.00) TO THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK FOR THE PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL POSTAGE TO BE A TRANSFER FROM ACCOUNT C -362 INTO ACCOUNT C -212, ALL IN THE GENERAL FUND. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. The sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated to the Office of the City Clerk for the purpose of purchasing additional postage and said Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars is to be transferred to Account C -212 for said purpose. Said sum to be obtained and transferred from Account C -362, Supplies, Stationery and Printing, where it was heretofore, appropriated for use and which said sum will not now be needed for such purpose. SECTION II.
