ORDINANCE NO. -6 / <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING <br />ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1: <br />That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, <br />be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing <br />the zoning classification of the following described property <br />from "B" Residential Use and "A" and "B" Height and Area <br />District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: <br />Lots 1 -18 inclusive and Lots 23 -26 inclusive of <br />University Place, Lots 1, 3, 5 and 7 -14 inclusive <br />of Hickey's Sub; Lot 146 except the Southeast corner <br />which measures approximately 159 feet by 198 feet <br />and Lot 151 except the Northeast corner which <br />measures approximately 158 feet by 198 feet of <br />Part of Sorin's 2nd Addition; also Lots 1 -6 <br />inclusive of Stanfield & Foster Addition, plus <br />Lots 1 -4 inclusive of Lechner & Hibberd's Sub. of <br />Lots in Stanfield and Foster Addition; more gen- <br />erally described as being bounded on the North <br />by St. Vincent.
