MURPHY. 159—ANi DIRECTOR <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission <br />to rezone from "D" Light Industrial Use and "F" Height <br />and Area District to "C" Commercial Use and "C" Height <br />and Area District the property lying South of the south <br />right -of -way line of Western Avenue, North of the north <br />right -of -way line of the New York Central Railroad Co., <br />and North of the former south right -of -way line of the <br />Grand Trunk Western Railway Company was legally advertised <br />under date of July 27, 1964 and given public hearing on <br />August 6, 1964. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the proposed rezoning was in the best <br />interest of the subject area.
