ORDINANCE NO. 4,16 0-r- <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING <br />ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />)SEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1• <br />That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, <br />be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing <br />the zoning classification of the following described property <br />from "D" Light Industrial Use and "F" Height and Area District <br />to "C" Commercial Use and "C" Height and Area District: <br />All of Comm's Subdivision of Bank Out Lot 92, <br />all of Bakers Subdivision of Part of Bank Out <br />Lot 92, all of Guilfoyles Addition (unrecorded) <br />which is part of Bank Out Lot 93 and all of <br />thoseparts of Bank Out Lots 91, 92, and 93 of <br />the 2nd Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now City <br />of South Bend, as platted by the State Bank <br />of Indiana, which lie south of the south right - <br />of -way line of Western Avenue, north of the north <br />right -of -way line of the New York Central -R.
