TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: <br />Your Committee of the Whole, to whom was referred: <br />BILL NO. <br />21 -14 A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL <br />FUNDS FOR CERTAIN DEPARTMENTAL AND CITY <br />SERVICES OPERATIONS IN 2014 OF $41,919 FROM <br />GENERAL FUND ( #101), $17,100 FROM GIFT, <br />DONATION, BEQUEST FUND ( #217), $240,500 FROM <br />CENTRAL SERVICES FUND ( #222), $830,000 FROM EMS <br />CAPITAL FUND ( #288), $138,060 FROM POLICE GRANTS <br />FUND ( #292), AND $217,083 FROM COUNTY OPTION <br />INCOME TAX FUND (#404) <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion, <br />this bill is being recommended to the full Council with a favorable <br />recommendation as substituted by increasing the Gift Fund ( #217) from $17,100 <br />to $49.700. <br />This bill was heard by the Personnel & Finance Committee. <br />Valerie Schey <br />Chairperson, Committee of the Whole <br />
