line of Laurel Street in the City of South Bend at a point 254 feet South and 20 feet West of the intersection of the East line of Bank Out Lot Numbered 91 with the Southerly line of former right -of -way of the Grand Trunk Western Railroad Company; thence West along the North line of said Reynolds Subdivision (now vacated). a distance of 326 1/2 feet to the West line of said Bank Out Lot Numbered 91. thence South along said line to the Northerly line of the right -of -way of the New York Central Railroad as established by a deed to said railroad in Deed Record 216. pages 608 -609. thence South- easterly along the North line of said right-of-way to a point on the West line of Laurel Street 637,7 feet South of the South line of Western Avenue; thence North along the West line of Laurel Street 357.3 feet, more or less, to the place of be- ginning, all as shown by the redline- shaded portion of the attached map which is made a part hereof. Section 2 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council of the City of South Bend. and after its approval by the Mayor of the City of South Bend, and legal publication.
