MURPHY, Aaaovxr OT1e 1R <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District <br />the property generally bounded on the North by Indiana <br />Avenue, on the East by the north -south alley East of Nash <br />Street, on the South by Calvert Street, and on the West <br />by Brookfield Street was legally advertised under date of <br />June 22, 1964 and given public hearing on July 2, 1964. <br />The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the predominant use of the subject area <br />is single family residential.
