Also Lots Numbered 1 to 22 inclusive in James Reynolds Subdivision (now vacated) of a part of Bank Out Lot Numbered 91 of the Second Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now City of South Bend, together with the vacated alleys in said subdivision and vacated Reynolds and Perkins Streets, excepting therefrom a strip of land off of the South Side thereof heretofore conveyed to the New York Central Railroad by a deed dated March 28, 1928, recorded March 29, 1928, in Deed Record 216, pages 608 -609, said tract being more fully described as follows:' Beginning on the West line of Laurel Street in the City of South Bend at a point 25.4 feet South and 20 feet West of the intersection of the East line of Bank Out Lot Numbered 91 with the Southerly line of former right-of-way of the Grand Trunk Western Railroad Company; thence West along the North line of said Reynolds Subdivision (now vacated), a distance of 326 1/2 feet to the West line of said Bank Out Lot Numbered 91, thence South along said line to the Northerly line of the right -of -way of the New York Central Railroad as established by a deed to said railroad in Deed Record 216, pages 608 -609, thence Southeasterly along the North line of said right -of -way to a point on the West line of Laurel Street 637.7 feet South of the South line of Western Avenue; thence North along the West line of Laurel Street 357.3 fett, more or less, to the place of beginning.
