the Grand Trunk Western Railroad Company, that is all of <br />said Lot Numbered 92 that lies between said Railroad com- <br />panies right-of-ways. Also Lots Numbered 1 to 22 inclusive <br />in James Reynolds Subdivision (now vacated) of a part of <br />Bank Out Lot Numbered 91 of the Second Plat of Out Lots <br />of the Town, now City of South Bend, together with the <br />vacated alleys in said subdivision and vacated Reynolds <br />and Perkins Streets, excepting therefrom a strip of land <br />off of the South Side thereof heretofore conveyed to the <br />New York Central Railroad by a deed dated March 28, 1928, <br />recorded March 29, 1928, in Deed Record 216, pages 608 -609, <br />said tract being more fully described as follows:' Beginning <br />on the West line of Laurel Street in the City of South Bend at a <br />point 25.4 feet South and 20 feet West of the intersection of the <br />East line of Bank Out Lot Numbered 91 with the Southerly line <br />of former right-of-way of the Grand Trunk Western Railroad <br />Company; thence West along the North line of said Reynolds <br />Subdivision (now vacated), a distance of 326 1/2 feet to the <br />West line of said Bank Out Lot Numbered 91, thence South <br />along said line to the Northerly line of the right -of -way of <br />the New York Central Railroad as established by a deed to <br />said railroad in Deed Record 216, pages 608 -609, thence <br />Southeasterly along the North line of said right -of -way to <br />a point on the West line of Laurel Street 637.7 feet South <br />of the South line of Western Avenue; thence North along the <br />West line of Laurel Street 357.3 fett, more or less, to the <br />place of beginning. <br />Section 2 <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, and after its <br />approval by the Mayor of the City pf South fi and legal publication. <br />ember of the Co on Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana <br />ATTEST: <br />athry lough, City Clerk <br />Presented by me to the Mayor of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 311t day <br />of July , 1964, at the hour of 2190 o'ciock,,,4._M., E.S.T. <br />c <br />Kathryn BlMugh, City Clerk <br />This Ordinance was approved and signed by me on the_ day of , 1964, <br />at the hour of GUo'clock,M. <br />M.
