MURPHY, A. —TA.r oin—A <br />The attached petition of the Crest Manor Development <br />Corporation to annex to the City o o n Tsndiana <br />a rectangular parcel of land lying 400 feet South of the <br />centerline of Jackson Road and 165 feet East of the <br />centerline of York Road, containing 6.88 acres, more or <br />less, was legally advertised under date of March 222 1965 <br />and given public hearing on April 1, 1965• The following <br />action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the six determinants of annexation apply <br />to the area in issue.
