Id t 2nd READING COMETTEE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING 3rd READING Location: Northwest corner of Way West & Iowa St. ORDINANCE IdO. `5ao) - - An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3702 adopted by the Common Council of the City of South Lend on the 14th day of June, 1949, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3702 adopted by this Common Council on the 14th day of June, 1949, more commonly knom as the Zoning Ordinance, be amended by rezoning of a certain parcel of land located in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, known and described as follows, towit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 4, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, thence east along said north section line a distance of 653 3/4 feet, to the point of the intersection of the center line of Elwood Avenue add 'Iowa Streets for a place of beginning; thence south 654E feet along and upon the center -line of Iowa Street to the intersection of the center line of Iowa Street wit] the center line of L,incolnway West; thence Northwesterly along the center line of Lincoinway West a distance of approximately 244 feet to the east boundary line of grope: conveyed by Violet rearl Ryer to Oden R. Robertson and Ma: F. Robertson by deed dated April 29, 1952, and recorded is Deed Record 499 at page 633 in the office of the :recorder of St.Joseph County, Indiana; thence north along and upon said east line of property conveyed by Violet 2,carl Ryer to Oden R. Robertson and Martha F.
