April 6, 1965 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of Oden & Martha Robertson to rezone from "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "C" Commercial Use and "A" Height and Area District a trapizoidal shaped parcel of land lying approximately 200 feet West of Iowa Street and being bounded on the North by Elwood Avenue and on the South by Lincoln Way West,was legally advertised under date of December 28, 1964 and given public hearing on January 7, 1965. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the proposed rezoning would be in the best interest of the subject area.
