oRDziaArcE t.o. �7vy--6s AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRI- ATIONS IN TIDE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND IN T' ?E 1.MCIU,T OF $41,901.17. WHEREAS: Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget, for the •jaricus functions of city government to meet such extraordinary emergencies: SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that for the expenses of City Government and its institutions for the year ending December 31, 1965, the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and set apart out of the fund herein named and for the purpose herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same, and such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly stip- ulated and provided by law. SECTION II. That for said fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out of the city fund hereinafter designated, the following spec- ified amount to meet such extraordinary emergencies as follows, to -wit: the sum of $41,901.17 from and out of the General Fund is hereby appropriated to the General Improvement Fund. SECTION III.
