He stated that in the unfortunate event that emergency personnel were called to <br />react to a fire, equipment would have ample access to both space and direct hose line. <br />There was no one present wishing to speak in favor or opposed to this bill. <br />Councilmember Dieter made a motion to recommend this bill favorably to the full Council, subject <br />to an access easement agreement.
