South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting -September 19, 2008 <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. Inks reported on Eddy Street Commons. Most of <br />the foundation of the parking garage is in. They were <br />pouring ramps on the west side of the garage. Forms are <br />on site for the slabs. By Thanksgiving the west half of <br />that structure is expected to be in place and the east half <br />well under way. They have also pulled building permits <br />for two buildings on the west side of Eddy Street. The <br />foundation is already in for one of them. As soon as that <br />building starts to go up, they'll put the foundation in for <br />the second one. Most of the utilities (sewer, water, <br />electric) are in the ground. Things are moving along <br />well. <br />8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />The next meeting of the Redevelopment Commission is <br />scheduled for Friday, October 3, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the <br />Redevelopment Commission, Mr. King made a motion <br />that the meeting be adjourned.
